These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to wavepointeast.com and to the forms, surveys, booking pages, text messages, and emails provided by Wavepoint East LLC, doing business as WPE Financial ("WPE Financial," "we," "us," or "our"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
WPE Financial is a Florida life insurance brokerage based in Tampa. We recruit, train, and contract insurance agents. Agent positions are 1099 independent contractor roles paid by commission.
SMS / text message terms
Program name: WPE Financial Recruiting and Appointments.
What you will receive: When you opt in on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from WPE Financial (Wavepoint East LLC) about your application, interviews and appointments (confirmations and reminders), onboarding, training, and licensing steps. If you check the separate marketing box, you may also get promotional messages about our agent opportunity.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, usually a few messages per week while your application or onboarding is active.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can rejoin by replying START.

Consent is optional: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of applying, interviewing, or joining our team.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Applying and our program
Applying and interviewing are free. Any program, enrollment, or training cost is fully disclosed before you commit to anything. Completing our program requires getting a state insurance license, which is granted by your state, not by WPE Financial. State exam and filing fees are set by your state.
No earnings guarantee
Insurance sales is commission-based. There is no guaranteed income. Results depend on your effort, skill, licensing, and market conditions, and some agents earn little or nothing. Nothing on our website, ads, messages, or calls is a promise or projection of earnings.
Use of our website
You agree not to misuse our website or forms, submit false information, or use them for any unlawful purpose. Website content is owned by WPE Financial and may not be copied without permission.
Third-party services
We use outside tools for forms, scheduling, and messaging. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, WPE Financial is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or messages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
