This Privacy Policy explains how Wavepoint East LLC, doing business as WPE Financial ("WPE Financial," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit wavepointeast.com, fill out one of our forms or surveys, book a call with us, or receive text messages, calls, or emails from us.

- Application information: answers you give us on our application, survey, or interview forms, such as your licensing status, current work, and career goals.
- Scheduling information: the date and time of calls you book with us.

- Ad form information: if you submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta shares the answers you entered with us.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from WPE Financial (Wavepoint East LLC) at the phone number you provided. Messages may include application updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding and training information, and, if you separately agree, marketing messages about our opportunity.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform and carriers).

- Insurance carriers and licensing or contracting partners, only if you join our team and it is needed to get you licensed or contracted.

The SMS section above applies to all sharing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing purposes.
